Great to meet you!

You may be feeling emotionally overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or stuck trying to manage everything on your own while quietly struggling underneath the surface. Anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions can make it difficult to feel grounded, connected, or confident in yourself. At times, it may feel like you’re carrying the emotional weight of everyone around you while trying to keep going without the support you truly need. You don’t have to navigate that alone. Therapy can be a space where you feel genuinely supported, understood, and empowered to begin healing and creating healthier ways of coping.

My approach to therapy

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, grief, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and lived experiences. I strive to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and empowered while building practical coping skills and healthier patterns that support long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is warm, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can openly process what’s been weighing on you. I believe healing happens when clients feel emotionally safe while also being empowered to grow and move toward meaningful change in their lives. Together, we’ll work toward helping you build resilience, improve emotional balance, strengthen self-awareness, and feel more grounded and confident navigating life’s challenges. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling more supported, empowered, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and stability.
