Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a space where you can show up as your authentic self without fear of judgment. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and culturally responsive, recognizing that every individual has a unique story, life experiences, and strengths.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to help clients develop practical tools, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change.

My goal is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and feel empowered to make decisions that align with your values and goals. I believe healing is a process, growth takes time, and progress does not require perfection.

You deserve a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself. Together, we will work toward greater self-awareness, healthier coping strategies, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

  • You don't have to have everything figured out. Therapy is a place to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
  • You will be treated with respect. Your background, culture, experiences, and personal values matter.
  • Therapy is a partnership. You will be an active participant in setting goals and identifying what works for you.
  • Growth takes practice. Sessions may include practical tools, reflection, and exercises to help you apply what you learn in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, build trust, and begin identifying your needs and goals. Practically, you can expect to discuss what brings you to therapy, review your relevant history, complete an initial assessment, and identify the concerns you would like to address. We’ll explore your strengths, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. You’ll have time to ask questions, discuss confidentiality, and learn what to expect moving forward. Together, we’ll begin developing a treatment plan tailored to your needs. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where you feel heard and respected. You don’t need to have all the answers, we’ll work together, one step at a time, toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
