Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy takes real courage, and I want you to know that you've landed in a safe, judgment-free space.

I'm a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania with a deep passion for helping people navigate life's most challenging moments. I specialize in co-occurring concerns meaning I understand how mental health and substance use can be deeply intertwined. I bring a compassionate, whole-person perspective to every session. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family stress, or substance use, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I use a multimodal approach, meaning I draw from several evidence-based modalities — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy so we can tailor our work specifically to you. No two people are the same, and your treatment shouldn't be either.

My style is collaborative and strengths-based. I believe you are the expert on your own life and my role is to help you access the tools, insight, and resilience already within you. Together, we'll explore patterns, build coping skills, and create a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel a little nerve-wracking - and that's completely normal! My goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible from the moment we connect. You can expect a warm, conversational space where I'll take the time to truly listen and get to know you: your story, your struggles, and what you're hoping to experience through therapy.

We'll talk about what brings you in, what's worked (or hasn't) in the past, and what you'd like your life to look like on the other side of this. By the end of our first session, we'll begin sketching out a personalized plan that feels right for where you are today. There's no pressure - just an open, honest conversation to get us started.
