Great to meet you!

"My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where individuals can reflect, grow, and embrace change. Life transitions often require additional support, and having a compassionate guide can make all the difference. I strive to provide a protective and supportive environment that empowers individuals. Including those seeking help for self-identified harmful behaviors to navigate challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and achieve lasting transformation. Through evidence-based interventions and a strengths-focused approach, I help clients break harmful cycles, foster accountability, and build a path toward positive change and rehabilitation."

My approach to therapy

My theoretical foundation is grounded in compassion, self-acceptance, and personal growth. I believe that every individual possesses an inherent capacity for change and self-actualization when provided with the right environment and support. My approach is deeply influenced by the humanistic perspective, which emphasizes personal agency, intrinsic motivation, and the belief that people are naturally inclined toward growth when given the opportunity to explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe, accepting space.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space just for you. My goal is to make sure you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the moment we begin.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what’s been weighing on you, at a pace that feels right for you. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. I’ll ask a few questions to better understand your experiences, your strengths, and what you’re hoping to change or improve.

Just come as you are. I’ll meet you there.
