Great to meet you!

I am dedicated clinical social worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. With experience working with children, teens, young adults, and older adults, I understand that life isn’t always easy. Whether you’re a child facing difficult circumstances or an adult adjusting to new phases of life, I’m here to offer support and guidance.

In addition to my work with various age groups, I also have experience as a medical social worker, where I’ve supported individuals coping with health-related challenges. I know that healing and coping can be tough, and sometimes the journey can feel overwhelming, but I’m committed to walking alongside you. I’m here to provide a safe space to talk, help you process your emotions, and support you as you heal and grow.

Seeking help is a big step, and I’m here to make that process easier. No matter where you are in life, I’m here to support you through it.

My approach to therapy

My approach is casual and I want you feel comfortable. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you.

What you can expect from me

The first session will be more of an introduction and will allow me to get to know you. I will ask questions about you. The next session we can start to create goals and begin more of the working process.
