Great to meet you!

It takes courage to acknowledge when things feel overwhelming and to seek support. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I aim to provide a compassionate, safe space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I have 24 years of working with individuals, couples, and families. It would be an honor to assist you in working through past wounds, exploring your thoughts of who you are and who you would like to evolve into, developing effective coping strategies to manage life’s challenges, and fostering healing, self-acceptance, and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates clinical expertise, a holistic perspective, and, if you desire, a spiritual perspective. I see therapy as a collaborative journey, one that you won’t have to face alone. If you choose to work with me, we’ll begin exactly where you feel most comfortable, with no pressure to rush the process. The first few sessions allow us to get to know one another, allowing you to feel at ease while I gain a deeper understanding of your unique story, challenges, and goals.

From there, we’ll work together to explore where you’d like to go and how you’d like to get there. You are the expert in your own life, and you will set the pace of our work together. I am here to support, guide, and empower you, but always in a way that honors your needs and your timeline. Walking alongside you on your journey toward greater fulfillment and well-being would be an honor.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with greater self-awareness, empowerment, and clarity. Together, we will work on uncovering the root causes of your challenges and explore strategies that feel authentic to you, helping you build resilience and confidence. You can expect to develop practical tools for coping with stress, navigating difficult emotions, and improving relationships.

As we work together, you’ll gain insight into your thinking and behavior patterns, helping you make intentional choices that align with your values and goals. I aim to create a space where you can feel safe to explore, grow, and heal while equipping you with the support and skills to move forward with ease and self-compassion.

Throughout this process, you’ll be empowered to trust yourself more deeply, knowing that you have the inner strength to overcome challenges, make positive changes, and live a more fulfilling life.
