Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am called to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families with compassion, wisdom, and faith-centered care. I provide support, guidance, and empowerment rooted in grace, helping clients navigate life’s challenges while rediscovering hope, healing, and purpose. Together, we work toward lasting change, emotional restoration, and lives that are lived authentically and fully aligned with both personal values.

Therapeutic care is thoughtfully tailored using evidence-based approaches, including Play Therapy, Christian Counseling - Faith Based, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), the Gottman Method, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Each session is held in a safe, prayerful, and respectful space where healing can unfold and transformation can take root.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in providing healing to youth, teens, couples, and families in relationship challenges and after post traumatic events. Well-equipped to assist individuals struggling with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, self-injurious behaviors, and moderate to severe mental health disorders discover healing. She creates a warm, safe, and supportive environment.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is designed to feel welcoming, supportive, and unrushed. Clients can expect a compassionate and curious LMFT who listens deeply, honors your story, and meets you exactly where you are without judgment or pressure to “have it all figured out.”

During this initial session, we focus on building safety and connection. You’ll have space to share what brings you to therapy at your own pace while we explore your hopes, concerns, and the patterns that may be impacting your relationships, emotions, or sense of self. Questions are asked gently and with purpose to understand you, not to interrogate you.

The therapy space is intentionally warm, calming, and confidential—a place where vulnerability is respected and healing is possible. Above all, clients can expect to feel seen, heard, and supported, knowing therapy is a collaborative journey rooted in trust, care, and hope for growth.
