Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m LaShonda O’Neal, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my Master’s degree from Lamar University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher. I am truly grateful for that experience because it helped guide me toward this path of supporting and helping others. My journey in education and counseling has deepened my passion for helping people find balance mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to grow, reflect, and heal, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they work toward the life they desire.

My approach to therapy

I help clients find balance using an eclectic mix of CBT, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness. I want to help my clients heal, thrive, and rediscover their strength as we walk this journey together.

What you can expect from me

Clients set goals that are meaningful to them as I help you explore, strengthen, and reach those goals. I provide an atmosphere that is warm, accepting, and safe.
