Great to meet you!

With over 25 years of experience in diverse mental health settings, I have worked with individuals diagnosed with serious mental Illnesses, as well as those navigating everyday stressors, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. My passion is helping people find healing, clarity, and pratical tools to improve their emotional well-being and overall quality of life.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from persepective that each individual is different, even if the diagnosis is the same. The therapeutic relationship between the provider and client impacts the outcome. Therefore, the treatment is focused on what would work best for the client.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect an open and informal conversation designed to help build comfort and understanding. This initial session allows me to learn more about the client's concerns, communication style, and goals, while also giving the client an opportunity to get a feel for my approach and communication style. The first session is centered on building rapport, establishing trust, and creating a safe, supportive environment for growth and healing.
