Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and families, I bring a warm, grounded, and empowering approach to therapy. After working in a variety of clinical and community settings, I transitioned into private practice three years ago to provide more personalized care. I specialize in women’s issues, particularly helping women learn to trust themselves, heal from trauma, and create lives that feel authentic and fulfilling. My work also includes supporting clients through parenting challenges, resolving family conflict, and establishing healthy generational norms aligned with their values. I strive to offer a consistent, unbiased, and compassionate space where clients can grow, heal, and reconnect with their inner strength.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as an opportunity to have a consistent, unbiased, warm, and empowering partner walking alongside you through moments of uncertainty, growth, and struggle. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Positive Psychology, and Trauma-Focused CBT to support healing, self-awareness, and meaningful change. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped to move toward a more grounded and authentic version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you—your story, your strengths, and what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope will feel different moving forward. I’ll also share how I work using ACT, IFS, Positive Psychology, and Trauma-Focused CBT so you have a clear sense of the tools and styles we may draw from.

You can expect a consistent, unbiased, and supportive presence who is there to walk alongside you, not judge or push. Together, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust, identify priorities for our work, and clarify next steps. My goal in the first session is to ensure you feel heard, safe, and empowered as we begin this journey together.
