Great to meet you!

Wherever you are, we can start there. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and communities through a wide range of life challenges. I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate difficulties, recognize their strengths, set meaningful goals, and create lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, solution-focused, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe sharing their stories, concerns, and needs. I meet each client where they are, listen with intention, and build relationships grounded in trust, respect, empathy, and understanding.

I believe every client brings unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals to therapy. My role is to help clients understand what they are experiencing, identify barriers, and develop practical strategies for moving forward. I take a whole-person approach, considering the relationships, resources, life circumstances, and emotional needs that shape each person’s experience.

I am passionate about helping clients feel empowered to make positive changes. I support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship or family concerns, major life transitions, or feelings of being stuck. My professional experience also includes supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers navigating depression, trauma, crises, life transitions, and the emotional and practical challenges of motherhood. This work has deepened my passion for perinatal mental health.

I believe asking for help is a sign of strength. My goal is to walk alongside each client, help them identify where they want to go, and support them as they work toward getting there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, solution-focused, person-centered and goal-oriented. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. My role is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel validated, heard and supported while we explore their feelings and experiences, identify strengths and barriers, and develop practical strategies for meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental first session. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns, goals, strengths, and relevant life experiences. Together, we’ll begin identifying areas of focus and develop a plan that feels supportive, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Clients will leave knowing that they are not alone and we'll figure it out together.
