Great to meet you!

Healing takes time. You are allowed to feel how you feel, and be within your journey at your own pace. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I am dedicated to creating a supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you are heard and empowered. Healing begins with hope. Whatever challenges have brought you to therapy, know that you are not alone, and this is not the end of your story.

Together, we will focus on what is within your control, develop coping strategies, and help you move toward a life of greater balance, confidence, and emotional wellness.

We will work towards developing self-love, wellness, fulfillment, and a plan to achieve personal goals that matter most to you. I look forward to supporting you within your journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is tailored to meet your needs and includes Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we will explore ways to manage difficult emotions, develop healthier thought patterns, increase self-awareness, and focus on meaningful solutions that promote lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session includes discussion about what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to meet your needs and ensure confidentiality.
