I have over 20 years experience advocating for disadvantaged populations and have received a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Master’s in Education with a specialization in child development. I offer a systemic approach influenced by CBT, DBT, Narrative and Existential techniques to assist in overcoming barriers associated with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship distress.
