Great to meet you!

I help individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and grief so they can find healing, regain hope, and move forward with greater peace and purpose. Life can bring seasons where you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain about what comes next. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where you feel supported as you process your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I incorporate Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, holistic, and solution-oriented. I believe each person has the capacity for growth and healing, and I work alongside you to identify your strengths, develop practical strategies, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values. Together, we will explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and overall well-being while creating space for restoration and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and explore what support would be most helpful for you. This is a space where you can ask questions, share your story, and begin identifying the goals you hope to work toward. I invite you to schedule a session and take the next step toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of hope.
