Great to meet you!

I often work with clients experiencing both ADHD and anxiety. Together, we'll explore how worry, overthinking, attention, organization, and feeling overwhelmed may be affecting your daily life. We'll develop practical strategies to manage symptoms, build confidence, and improve daily functioning while working toward goals that are meaningful to you.

My approach to therapy

I use a person-centered approach, with collaboration at the heart of therapy. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. We'll identify what matters most to you and work toward meaningful and realistic goals. I'll meet you where you are while helping you build practical skills, recognize your strengths, and create change at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other in a comfortable, judgement-free space. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore your concerns, and discuss what you hope to achieve.
