I’ve chosen to focus most of my professional career on healing trauma and OCD for adults, teens, and children.

I thrive in working with adults that have experienced the terrible loss and unexpected chaos that follows a traumatic event or life period. My vision is that life can be better even following the unspeakable. I approach your life and memories gently and slowly until you and your body feel safe and able to embark on a journey.

I specialize in treating trauma, PTSD, OCD, anxiety disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, and complex (childhood) PTSD. I’ve had advanced training in the neurobiology of trauma and several evidence-based trauma therapies that have been shown to be effective in reducing the aftershocks of trauma. My main modalities are EMDR, ERP, Internal Family Systems, DBT, and Brainspotting. With my advanced training in trauma.

With compassionate relational trauma treatment, I’m not looking to reduce depression or simply get rid of anxiety. Intrusive thoughts are debilitating. Therapy can be transformative... changing how you respond to life demands disappointments, increasing self-worth, and improving how you relate to those close to you. it can change how you see your future while resolving deep emotional wounds of the past.
