My approach integrates psychodynamic insight with cognitive behavioral strategies, helping clients better understand the underlying patterns that shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships—while also building practical tools for change.
I have worked with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, family stress, or emotional dysregulation. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered framework that prioritizes safety, trust, and collaboration. I tailor my approach to each individual’s developmental stage and unique needs—whether helping a child express themselves through play, guiding a teen through identity and relational challenges, or supporting an adult in unpacking long-standing patterns and healing from past experiences.
I have experience working with BIPOC and neurodiverse clients, and I strive to honor each person’s unique identity, background, and lived experience. Clients often describe me as warm, thoughtful, and steady. I strive to create a supportive space where clients of all ages feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace.
