I am a dedicated, board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with three years of specialized experience in mental health care and over 25 years of experience in the medical field. For the past 10 years, I have also practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner, which has allowed me to develop a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care across the lifespan.
I serve adult clients experiencing conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, ADHD and Mood disorders. My diverse clinical background enables me to understand the connection between physical and mental health, allowing me to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care.
I am committed to making a positive impact by creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Through evidence-based treatment, compassionate care, and a focus on building coping skills and resilience, I help individuals improve their mental well-being and enhance their overall quality of life.
I take a holistic, patient-centered approach that recognizes the strong connection between physical and mental health, allowing me to treat the whole person—not just the symptoms.
I am particularly skilled in working with adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, and other Mood disorders, using a supportive, compassionate, and evidence-based approach. What makes me unique is my ability to combine clinical expertise with genuine empathy, creating a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.
During your first session, you can expect a welcoming, safe, and nonjudgmental environment where we focus on getting to know you and your needs. I will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, which includes discussing your current concerns, symptoms related to Depression, Anxiety, or other Mood disorders, as well as your medical, social, and mental health history.
We will talk about your goals for treatment and what you hope to achieve. I will also explain potential treatment options, which may include therapy, lifestyle modifications, and, if appropriate, medication management. This session is also your opportunity to ask questions and share any concerns. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in creating a personalized plan for your care.
