Great to meet you!

Hi. Thank you for visiting my profile. It's important you know more about me to ensure you make the best decision for yourself. I work with adults and older teenagers having a hard time with worry, sadness, anger, relational conflicts, lifestyle changes, identity struggles, grief, chronic/ or terminal illness, and feel the right kind of support has been hard to find.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I was trained in the philosophy of interpersonal psychology, and I incorporate cognitive behavioral approaches into my practice.

What you can expect from our first session

Each person's therapy process can feel different. In general, I aim for my clients to leave sessions having made at least one additional insight or gained at least one additional skill.
