Great to meet you!

Hey there! I’m a Marine Corps veteran and a therapist who believes healing doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. My background taught me discipline and resilience, but therapy taught me softness and humor. I bring both. I’m real, down-to-earth, and not afraid of big feelings—or silence. We can cry, cuss, or laugh halfway through a tough moment and still make progress.

My approach to therapy

I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness, tapping, and practical body-based tools. I love helping high-functioning, women untangle anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—equal parts evidence-based strategy and gentle humanity. Together we’ll create tools that fit your real life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting comfortable. I’ll ask what’s been weighing on you and what you want to feel instead. There’s no pressure to perform or have it all figured out. We’ll slow down, explore what’s working (and what’s not), and start finding practical ways to help you breathe again—with honesty, warmth, and probably a laugh somewhere in there.
