My passion has always been to work with individuals to increase their overall happiness, build upon their strengths, and encourage them to never give up on their goals.

I have a relaxed and goal-oriented approach to therapy. I'll show up for you how you need to be supported. I will always be honest and challenge you to reach your goals. I am friendly and warm and hold no judgments toward my clients. We can have open communication about what works vs what does not work for you.

My approach to therapy

My focus in therapy is to create a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment by using a variety of different frameworks, I offer my clients a flexible approach that considers their unique needs. With this approach, I combine the most effective elements from different theories and techniques to help my clients reach their desired outcomes.

I have ample experience in treating a wide variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, interpersonal issues and anger management.
