Great to meet you!

I graduated with my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017 and I have been practicing counseling in Indiana since October 2016. I became a fully licensed counselor in 2020. I have worked with a wide range of clients with varying presenting concerns. I specialize in working with working women who have endured trauma, stress, depression and anxiety symptoms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I find it important to be collaborative in creating a treatment plan that best fits your needs. I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitization, and Reprocessing), motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe in the importance of using evidence based practices.

Please note that I cannot provide letters for Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s), employment, college or court appearance. Additionally, this service is not for the purpose of court-ordered therapy, evaluation, and neither can it be used for child welfare services or custody/parental rights decisions

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to support you in that process of you sharing your story in your own time and in your own way. It is important to develop a client centered therapeutic relationship. I believe for my clients to advocate for themselves and the treatment that they find beneficial.
