Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're managing anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or major life transitions. You may feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of what to do next. I help adults find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience, I have worked in healthcare, military, and community settings. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I understand the unique experiences of service members, veterans, and their families. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood.

Whether you're seeking relief from daily stress or working through a significant life challenge, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen your resilience, and create goals that reflect the life you want to live.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools that help you navigate challenges while building on the strengths you already have.

I tailor therapy to your individual needs using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychoeducation.

Together, we'll identify unhelpful patterns, strengthen healthy coping skills, and work toward realistic goals that align with your values. My goal is to help you leave therapy feeling more confident, empowered, and equipped to handle life's challenges long after our sessions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a welcoming, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve, all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we'll identify your strengths, discuss your goals, and create a personalized treatment plan that feels realistic and meaningful. I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.

As therapy continues, many clients experience greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, reduced stress and anxiety, and increased confidence navigating life's transitions. My goal is to help you build lasting skills that support your well-being long after therapy ends.
