Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, or major life transitions. You may feel exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, strengthen their coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience, I have supported individuals in healthcare, military, and community settings. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I understand the unique experiences of service members, veterans, and their families. I provide a warm, supportive space where clients can address anxiety, depression, women's issues, relationship concerns, stress management, and life transitions while feeling heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I believe every person brings unique experiences, resilience, and capabilities to the therapeutic process, and together we can build practical tools that support meaningful growth.

I utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Strength-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care, and Psychoeducation. Sessions focus on identifying patterns, understanding thoughts and emotions, building coping skills, and creating achievable goals that align with your values and priorities.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can openly discuss your experiences and challenges. During our first sessions, we'll explore your concerns, identify your strengths, and create a plan that feels manageable and meaningful.

Clients often leave therapy with improved coping skills, reduced stress and anxiety, healthier relationships, increased self-awareness, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence navigating life's transitions. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that create lasting change.
