Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of healthcare experience, I seek to provide all patients with respect, personalized treatment plans, education, support, empathy, time, shared decision-making, and quality care.

I typically treat patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism and developmental disabilities.

I believe in equal opportunity to mental health care and am able to accept various private insurances as well as several Medicaid and Medicare plans.

My approach to therapy

I approach mental health holistically to understand how all factors impact the client's mental and physical health. I offer both psychotherapy (also known as talk therapy, which involves one-on-one sessions with patients to discuss their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors to understand and manage their mental health concerns) and medication management (which includes assessing the need for medication, prescribing, and monitoring to ensure optimal treatment) all using a patient-centered approach.

What you can expect from me

Understanding the connections between the body, mind, and other internal and external factors (such as the environment) is key when discussing mental health concerns. Clients should expect to gain more of an understanding about their diagnosis, information regarding various treatment options (medication, therapy, integrative medicine information), and feel more empowered in managing their mental health overall.
