Great to meet you!

When anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges begin affecting your confidence, motivation, and ability to enjoy life, it can feel overwhelming trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and bipolar disorder. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with difficult life transitions, or carrying emotional pain that continues to impact their daily lives. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, navigating relationship difficulties, managing mood related challenges, or trying to regain a sense of direction and purpose, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and create a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with what matters most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that shape how we respond to life's challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution focused, creating a supportive environment where clients can gain insight while developing practical tools for lasting growth. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Problem Solving Therapy (PST), Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to support meaningful progress. Together, we may explore anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship concerns, family issues, women's issues, identity challenges, trauma, stress management, and emotional regulation. Therapy is tailored to your goals while helping you develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, strengthen self awareness, and create meaningful changes that support long term emotional wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a compassionate, supportive, and judgment free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a space where you can openly explore challenges, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that are meaningful to you. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, improved emotional regulation, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, bipolar disorder, or relationship challenges, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, resilient, and equipped to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and hope.
