When anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges begin affecting your confidence, motivation, and ability to enjoy life, it can feel overwhelming trying to navigate everything on your own. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and bipolar disorder. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling with difficult life transitions, or carrying emotional pain that continues to impact their daily lives. Whether you're coping with the loss of a loved one, navigating relationship difficulties, managing mood related challenges, or trying to regain a sense of direction and purpose, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth.
