Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist and I believe mental health is just as important as physical health because they are both connected and greatly impact your quality of life. My main focus is on adult clients only aged 25 and up who struggle with anxiety in their life transitions and relationships and also have challenges with setting appropriate boundaries. I also work with adults who are having difficulty communicating and need help balancing difficult relationships. I'm not a good fit for those with moderate-severe depression, mood, or personality disorders.

My approach to therapy

Your treatment is individualized to you and your needs. I am on "Team You" and I am here to partner with you. I will challenge you but I will always advocate for your well-being and approach this journey with respect for you.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to be comfortable and that I come with an open mind not judgment. We will set goals that are integral to your progress.
