Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist who is trained as a generalist, which allows me the opportunity to work with young, middle, and older adults seeking support for a broad range of problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, family issues, and interpersonal distress.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Psychology from Ohio University and completed both my Master’s (MA) and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D.) from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a strength-based approach that emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and recognizing the inherent uniqueness and potential in every person. I employ empirically and evidenced-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that each patient feels heard, supported, validated, and empowered to take action to get to their desired goal(s) in therapy and to realize the best versions of themselves.
