Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience supporting children, families, and adults in schools, community programs, and inpatient treatment settings. With master’s degrees in human Behaviors & Conflict Management and Professional Counseling, I take an open‐minded and collaborative approach to care.

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow. I believe in partnering with clients from all backgrounds and offering practical, compassionate, evidence‐based support to help you build the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is eclectic, allowing me to draw from multiple evidence‐based approaches to meet each client’s individual needs. I blend techniques from cognitive‐behavioral, solution‐focused, and person‐centered therapies to create a flexible and personalized treatment experience. This approach helps me respond to clients in a way that supports their strengths, goals, and unique life experiences. Above all, I aim to provide a safe, open‐minded space where clients feel empowered to grow and make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first telehealth session, you can expect a warm, safe, and supportive space where we begin building trust and understanding your reasons for seeking therapy. We will talk about your concerns, clarify your goals, and discuss what you hope to accomplish through counseling. I will explain how the therapy process works, answer any questions, and ensure you feel comfortable with the virtual format. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of our plan moving forward and what to expect as we work toward meaningful progress together.
