Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Latisha McMurray, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a master’s degree in social work and experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My practice provides a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused interventions. Together, we will develop practical coping skills and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I meet clients where they are while gently challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be keeping them from moving forward. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, strengths-based therapy, and solution-focused techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals. I specialize in helping adults manage anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and major life transitions. My goal is to help clients feel understood, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm, compassionate space where clients can speak openly, feel understood, and work through challenges without judgment. My approach is collaborative and practical, combining evidence-based techniques with each client’s strengths, needs, and personal goals. I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, stress, and life transitions. Our work may focus on improving emotional regulation, developing healthier coping strategies, building confidence, and creating changes that feel both meaningful and sustainable.
