I graduated from the University Of Missouri Saint Louis (UMSL) with a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, in 2016. I work with individuals ages 18 and up who are looking for relief and support to cope with anger, anxiety, conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress, and other life problems.

I believe in integrating a holistic approach or faith-based experience if desired to assist in the healing process. I provide evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), and Mindfulness Approach. I love Mindfulness. Mindfulness gives you time.
