Hi! I am a licensed LPC and I specialize in helping high functioning individuals deal with their curveballs that life can throw. I tailor my approach to each individual. I have experience with severe mental illness, children, anxiety, depression, family conflict, marital conflict and many other issues.
I consider myself a tough love therapist that focuses on identifying the issues and providing solutions. I can't change the issue. But I can help you change your response to it. My greatest joy and seeing that my clients walk out the door different than how they entered.
A client can expect to feel comfortable and able to share openly about their experiences. I value listening as much as I value sharing solutions. It is a partnership where my clients set the goal and I help them achieve it.
