Great to meet you!

I’m a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides care for adults dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic stress, mood changes, sleep problems, and the emotional weight that can build over time. Many people come in feeling mentally drained, disconnected, or unlike themselves. My focus is on helping clients understand what has shifted, what may be keeping them stuck, and what steps can move them forward. I offer practical, respectful care that combines clinical expertise with real-world solutions people can actually use in daily life.

My approach to therapy

I approach care with curiosity, structure, and honesty. Rather than forcing people into a one-size-fits-all plan, I focus on understanding how your mind, body, environment, and responsibilities are interacting. We first identify what is draining you, what is helping you, and where change will have the greatest impact. Treatment may include skill-building, medication support when appropriate, healthier routines, and strategies that fit real life. I value straightforward conversations, steady follow-through, and care that produces noticeable improvement.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on understanding where you are right now and what led you to seek care. We will discuss your current concerns, symptoms, health history, past treatment experiences, and any treatment goals. Some clients arrive with a clear idea of what they need, while others know something feels off. Both are completely fine. My role is to help organize the picture, answer questions, and determine appropriate next steps based on your individual needs.
