Great to meet you!

I understand that you are stuck in emotional brokenness, have engaged in behaviors you are not proud of, and have struggled with authentic relational connections. If your past was dictated by others or life events have caused you to not like who you are today, I see you and I am here for you. No one deserves to not be their true selves. You are not alone. I help women and men heal from childhood and relational pains to break generational patterns that has caused them to feel less than, unworthy, or unloved. I can help you to dig into the root of the pain and embrace healing. Your new beginnings is here.

I use a trauma-informed, faith-integrated approach to help men and women identify the root of what causes their present-day pains, incorporate healing where it matters most, create tools to strengthen relational connections, and break old patterns by being the new author to their story. As a counselor with lived experiences, I know the way out.

You don't have to keep carrying these wounds alone. Healing is possible. It is time to experience a safe space where your story is honored without judgment. If you're ready for supportive work that helps you to feel whole again, I'd be honored to walk with you on this journey. Let's take the next step together.

My approach to therapy

Educated, trained, and certified in over ten therapy modalities including ACT, DBT, CBT, CPT, and EMDR with significant experience on helping individuals, couples, families, and groups on their journey to healing for over ten years.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in trauma-informed care. I meet your needs for emotional regulation, cognitive restructuring, processing of past wounds, building of coping skills, and recreating a healthier version of yourself. Expect more clarity, positive connections, and a stronger sense of self that will create real, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

I work with women and men who grew up or experienced emotional pains, especially from childhood and have recognized the weight of that past in adulthood. During our initial sessions we will identify the foundational pieces, answer the why questions, and create a plan to help you attain emotional peace, self-compassion, and confidence by breaking patterns and rebuilding your self-worth.
