Great to meet you!

Maybe the anxiety hums under everything you do, or motherhood looks nothing like the version you pictured. Maybe you are carrying a loss other people have stopped asking about. Whatever brought you here, you deserve a place to say it out loud without softening it first. I work with women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that come with becoming a parent, and with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief, and stress that has stopped feeling temporary. Much of my career has been spent beside people in their hardest seasons, and what looks like falling apart is often the start of something honest.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and tailor therapy to your goals rather than fitting you into a model. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Positive Psychology to build self-awareness, coping skills, and lasting resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an intake interview. I will ask what brought you in, what you have already tried, and what you want to be different. You set the pace, and nothing is too small to bring in. By the end, we will have a clear sense of your goals and a plan for getting there together.
