Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with 10 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges. I believe every person is created to live with purpose, intention, and meaning—but when life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose connection with the parts of ourselves that keep us grounded: our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

As a therapist, I specialize in working with adults facing stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or a sense of being stuck. My mission is to support you in rediscovering your inner resilience and moving toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

In therapy, I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your full self. I’ll meet you where you are, and together we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to create sustainable, meaningful change. My approach is collaborative and personalized—rooted in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in your capacity to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering support, insight, and practical tools to help you navigate life’s challenges. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward healing.

In our work together, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while grounding our sessions in a person-centered approach that honors your unique story, values, and pace.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients can expect to gain greater clarity, emotional insight, and practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to your sense of purpose. You’ll leave sessions with a deeper understanding of yourself, strategies for managing difficult emotions or thoughts, and a renewed sense of hope.

Each session is a space where you are heard, respected, and supported—whether you’re working through past pain, current stressors, or planning for what’s next. Over time, clients often report feeling more self-aware, emotionally balanced, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
