La’Toya Garrett is a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical psychologist. She is an integrative & holistic clinician who values authenticity, honesty, transparency, and the essence of life. She believes in the mind, body, spirit interrelated connection. La’Toya earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Culture from Indiana University, Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University; and degree in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

A bit about my approach to therapy

La’Toya has served in the mental health profession for over 10 years working to provide individuals, youth, and families with support to overcome various challenges and obstacles that the life experience can present. She places an emphasis on being a container and holding space for her clients. La’Toya’s approach to healing is individualized to meet your needs and her style is collaborative. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to support her clients increase coping skills, engage in healthy relationships, and learn how to manage their emotions.
