Great to meet you!

I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I specialize in supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, parenting challenges, military culture and experiences, and life transitions. My style is collaborative and strengths-based, offering a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. Sessions are paced and focused on what feels most relevant to you, allowing space for reflection, clarity, and practical insight. Together, we work toward gradual, meaningful change that supports emotional steadiness, stronger coping, and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative process where I serve as a supportive light as we navigate unfamiliar territory together. Rather than leading or directing, I help gently illuminate challenges and patterns, while you set the pace and direction. Our work involves identifying barriers, gaining insight into what may be keeping you stuck, and building on your established skills to discover new, effective ways of responding and navigating life’s challenges. This creates space for reflection, clarity, and practical understanding that can be applied in daily life. Together, we move toward steadier ground and meaningful, lasting change that feels grounded and authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

In our initial sessions, we’ll begin by exploring what’s been bringing you in and what feels most important to understand or shift. We’ll work together to make sense of your experience and begin developing a clear, collaborative direction for therapy. Many people come in knowing something feels “off” but finding it hard to name—that’s often where we start. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where we can slow things down, reduce overwhelm, and begin restoring a sense of stability and self-trust. From there, we focus on gaining clarity, identifying patterns, reconnecting with your strengths, and building practical tools to support more grounded, confident ways of navigating life. You don’t need to have everything figured out—just a willingness to begin.
