Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families through anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and trauma. My background includes outpatient therapy, school-based behavioral health, and community-centered work. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally responsive space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. I believe therapy should help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where they can openly share their concerns, goals, and experiences at their own pace. During the first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, identify current stressors and strengths, and begin discussing goals for treatment. My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported while also leaving with a clearer sense of direction and next steps. Building trust and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship are important foundations of my work.
