Great to meet you!

I have been a nurse since 2009 and bring years of clinical experience and a deep commitment to healing and long-term wellness. My personal experiences—including overcoming challenges, navigating trauma, raising a family, and being a grandparent—have shaped my empathy and ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.

My goal is to empower patients with the knowledge, support, and tools they need to build resilience, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life while honoring each individual’s unique story.

My approach to therapy

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where patients feel heard and empowered.

My approach is collaborative and holistic, offering individualized treatment plans that may include evidence-based medication management, education, and supportive therapeutic care. My goal is to help patients build resilience, improve their mental health, and enhance their overall quality of life
