Great to meet you!

I'm a graduate of Prairie View A&M University, M.A. in Counseling and B.A. in Sociology from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. I'm trained as a Child and Adolescents Needs and Strengths (CANS), and Adult Needs and Strengths (ANSA) Assessor in the State of Texas. I've dedicated my life and career to working with children and adults from different socioeconomic backgrounds who have been compromised because of trauma, poverty, chronic stress, cultural adjustments, or exposure to violence.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to meet you where you are by providing a non-judgmental and safe environment, so you can explore your feelings, express yourself, be heard, and gain insight of your strengths and weaknesses. By better understanding each person, family, or group needs, I'm able to provide a measurable and organized plan for improvement, both short-term and long-term. By the end of your journey, your present will no longer be controlled by the pain of your past. Your Wellbeing is my Priority.

What you can expect from me

Psychoeducation opportunities are offered during and following each session to promote engagement and retention beyond individual sessions. By the end of your journey, your present will no longer be controlled by the pain of your past if you're ready to WORK. Your Wellbeing is my Priority.
