Latoya is a Licensed Professional Counselor who holds a Master’s of Arts in Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Latoya has vast experience working with children, adolescents and adults by way of individual, group, and family therapy.
Latoya’s approach to therapy is integrative; however, she strongly leads from a cognitive behavioral perspective. She meets you where you are, providing a nonjudgmental and safe space to empower you to challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior. She is passionate in helping her clients develop a greater sense of confidence in their own abilities to improve their functioning and quality of life.
