Great to meet you!

My counseling style is modern and warm, and I am committed to treating each person with respect, compassion, and empathy. Through active listening, psycho-education, and the use of evidence-based strategies, I can help you to manage your symptoms and alleviate stressors in your life. Whether you're looking for guidance, support, or a sounding board, I am here to help you on your journey towards greater well-being and happiness.

My approach to therapy

I use a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, and EMDR. With a focus on trauma, I believe that everyone has experienced some form of trauma, and that it can have a unique impact on each person. We can work together to help you learn more about yourself and your journey, and to develop a greater sense of understanding and compassion for yourself and others. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or other challenges, I am here to support you on your journey

What you can expect from me

Asking for help can be challenging, but it takes courage to acknowledge when you need extra support. I am here to be that listening ear for you, whenever you're ready to reach out. No one should have to face life's challenges alone, and in a world filled with uncertainty and complexity, we all need a sounding board to seek guidance and support. Remember that you're not alone in your struggles, and that there is always hope for healing and growth.
