Great to meet you!

My passion is helping people discover how to get through tough times and live the life they desire. I use research-based counseling approaches to empower you to create balance and have more peace while working towards your goals. We will work together to understand the challenges and barriers in your life.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy of counseling is that life is a journey and throughout that journey, you will encounter various obstacles and challenges that may take you on a detour. As a therapist, it is my role to work with you to navigate back to your path. Whichever path that may be, it is yours to choose and I am here to support you in determining which route is best for you.

What you can expect from me

If you are experiencing stress, anxiety, relationship conflict, depression, difficulty adjusting to life's transitions, or grief & loss let's work collaboratively to get you back on the path to a whole YOU!
