Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado, a Holistic Sex Therapist, a Gottman Level 2 Trained Therapist, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions Counseling, with advanced training in integrative mental health, trauma, sexual health and intimacy, and relationship concerns.

I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, sexual and intimacy concerns, desire differences, trust, affairs and infidelity, life transitions, and recurring relational patterns. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic, integrating attention to the mind, body, and the social, cultural, and relational contexts shaping each person’s experiences.

My practice is welcoming and affirming of BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ clients, as well as people in monogamous and ethically non-monogamous relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, affirming, holistic, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based clinical practices with attention to the emotional, relational, cultural, physical, and spiritual dimensions of your experience. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and life experiences influencing how you feel and respond today. I will support you with compassion while also inviting reflection, accountability, and meaningful change at a pace that respects your readiness.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to begin building trust and understanding what brings you to therapy. I will invite you to share your concerns, relevant history, strengths, relationships, identities, and what you hope will feel different through our work. You do not need to arrive with everything organized or know exactly where to begin. Together, we will identify your priorities, discuss an initial direction for therapy, and consider what support may feel most meaningful and sustainable for you.
