I am honored to begin passionately working with you and build positive safe rapport. My work ethics consists of professionalism, accountability, respectfulness, dedication, determination, humility and dependability.

I believe in self- love, practicing self-care and unconditional positive regard for self and others. I am passionate on helping individuals create the life they want and achieve personal growth/development and effective problem solving.

I practice an eclectic approach, utilizing techniques based on induvial needs. I incorporate Rogerian, Gestalt and solution focused approaches, I also use CBT, DBT, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, and other techniques as needed. I have been a supervisor since 2018.

My social and economic background has made me aware of the struggles and traps many individuals with similar backgrounds face and this drives my passion for helping anyone that chooses to work with me.
