Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinician (LCPC, LPCC, LPC, LMHC) across multiple states with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, including those in the brain injury community and in private practice. Whether it’s depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, cultural challenges, or life changes, I’ve helped individuals and families navigate it all and I’m here to support you, too.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is all about being there for you with empathy, validating your feelings, and offering support in a way that makes you feel safe and understood. I’ll give you honest, interactive feedback while making sure it’s a space where you never feel judged. My approach mainly draws from cognitive behavioral therapy and exposure response prevention, but I also mix in solution-focused therapy and mindfulness techniques to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Let’s dive into the challenges you’re dealing with and create a plan that’s all about you. This plan will be your personal roadmap to follow in our future sessions. We’ll team up to spot those exaggerated or unrealistic thoughts, and challenge any beliefs you have about yourself, the world, or others. Our goal? To make life feel like something you can truly embrace, not something to fear.
