Great to meet you!

Greetings! My name is Latrice Stowe, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Since earning my Master’s in Social Work in 2006, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life’s heaviest moments. My background spans child welfare, foster care, hospice care, and supporting at-risk youth, giving me a deep and versatile understanding of the human experience. Currently, I serve as a Mental Health & Wellness Facilitator for the school system while expanding my private practice.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my journey, I have specialized in helping clients face challenges like anxiety, grief, trauma, and depression. I know that reaching out for support takes immense courage, and I don't take that lightly. My approach is rooted in genuine compassion, ensuring that your unique story is met with understanding rather than judgment.

What you can expect from me

If you are looking for someone who will provide a safe, nurturing space for you to share your thoughts, you are in the right place. Together, we will work collaboratively to process your experiences and build the tools you need to heal. I truly listen, and I am honored to walk alongside you on your path to wellness.
