Great to meet you!

Do you feel disconnected from yourself, family and friends, the world? Has your story become lost in the loudness of “getting it done”? If this is you, I may be able to help.

My name is Latrina Stewart. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals walking through all life stages.

I have experience in processing traumatic experiences, using strength-based, solution-focused counseling and motivational interviewing. I also specialize in career planning and life coaching strategies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Through counseling, I promote esteem-building, efficiency, productiveness, confidence, effectiveness, and ability, as well as talk through trauma, grief, and loss. I promote empowerment through cognitive-behavioral concepts meant to reduce depression and anxiety. I thrive by helping people to develop the skills and wisdom to set proper boundaries, to heal, and be whole.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to walk with you as you reconnect to your world. We can teach you skills to restore your voice and build authentic relationships. I am passionate about women’s issues and approach counseling from a place of authentic, honest connection. My goal is to help you overcome adversity and achieve wholeness.
