Great to meet you!

How we make meaning out of both joy and suffering defines so much of how we navigate through our lives. Sometimes having a space to work through that journey toward meaning with support can make all the difference. My goal is to help my clients move bravely in the direction of what is most important to them by considering past, present, and future in a thoughtful, intentional, and holistic way.

My approach to therapy

We will work to tailor your therapy based on your needs and goals. You will discover quickly that I am a curious and committed person, and I trust our ability to leverage my expertise and experience together with your courage and willingness to do this important work to help you reach your goals. Identity, and how you view yourself moving through your life and toward your goals, is a key component of my approach.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to helping my patients navigate their therapeutic process in a way that balances comfort and support with the challenge necessary to grow. You can expect to find hope in our work, and renewed faith in your ability to change your life, no matter what brought you through the door. Congratulations on taking this brave step toward growth and wellness, and thank you for considering sharing this leg of your journey with me!
