The decision to find a therapist can be stressful. Fear can keep us from moving forward and reaching our potential. Unlocking the potential in each person I counsel is my passion.

I bring a great deal of life experience to the table as well as my education and professional experience. I am able to empathize with my clients in a safe non-judgmental way as well as guide, teach, and encourage my clients to be their best . I come from a military family and I am able to work well with veterans.

I have a very down to earth, yet direct style. I use CBT, a lot of solution focused brief therapy, and family systems therapy. My style is eclectic because every patient I meet is unique, therefore their treatment is unique to them.

I work to create a collaborative, comfortable and supportive environment. Some days I will challenge you, other times we laugh, but we always work as a team for you.
